Green Detox Smoothies
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1 cup Spinach, leaves
- Refrigerated
- 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
- Nuts & Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
Directions: Blend then add chia seeds on top of smoothie.
Green machine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup kale, stems removed
- 1 medium green apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 1 fresh or frozen medium banana
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 inch ginger, peeled and minced or 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- A little honey
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 serving of your preferred green superfood powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes or shreds
Directions: Place the ingredients into your blender and blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Carrot orange wake up
- 3 ounces fresh carrot juice
- 2 ounces freshly-squeezed orange juice
- 3/4 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 1 (1-inch thick) spear pineapple
- 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
- 1/4 ounce agave nectar
- brown rice syrup
- some honey
- 1 halved small baby carrots
- 1 large fresh basil leaves
Directions: Combine the carrot juice, orange juice, lime juice, pineapple, ginger, agave or honey, and a few cubes of ice in a blender and process until very smooth, about 1 minute.
Coconut Mango
- 1 can of Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup frozen or 1 whole Mango
- 1 Cup of Kale
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 3 Dates
- 1 cup organic milk
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup unflavored yogurt
Directions: Add Coconut milk, mangos, kale, ice, honey, milk, dates, orange juice together into blender. Blend. Serve.
Banana Peanut Butter Shake
- 2 Medium ripped bananas
- 2 spoonful of peanut butter
- 1 Cup almond milk
- 2 Cups ice cubes
- 1 tbsp sugar
Directions: Blend ingredients until smooth. Serve.

- 1 cup crumbled pound cake
- 1 1/2 cups each milk and ice
- Sugar to taste
Directions: Top with whipped cream and more strawberries.

- 1 1/2 cups mixed blackberries strawberries raspberries
- 1 cup each milk and ice

- 1 cup each orange juice and raspberries

- seed and chop 2 medium cucumbers
- the juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup water

- 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar or honey
Cherry-Vanilla Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pitted cherries
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
