With the basketball season over for this school year, I am sure that the coaches and players are already looking forward to next year’s season.
Next year, the Cougars will find new talent in Stagg high school senior Revi McMahon.
McMahon is a point guard and Head Coach Bob Hallberg considers her to be “one of the best guards in the area.” She has enjoyed a successful high school basketball career, highlighted by being named the Beggar’s Pizza/SouthtownStar Girls Basketball Player of the Week after helping her team win the conference title.
Coach Hallberg is sure she will have a great career at Saint Xavier as well. He said, ““Revi should fit right into our program. She loves basketball and spends countless hours in the gym working on her game. This is the type of work ethic needed to be successful.”
