In a dying mining town, children are going missing each month. The townspeople believe it is the work of the Tall Man, an entity that kidnaps children. No one knows where these children go or if their even alive. All that’s left is the empty bedroom where they used to live.
The Tall Man is a great movie if you want to be on the edge of your seat, trying to figure out what’s going on through the entire ride. The story is tremendous and will keep you guessing every second. My tip when watching this movie; Just accept everything as it is. Don’t try to foreshadow or figure things out. It will all be explained in due time.
Five friends go for a break at a remote cabin in the woods, where they get more than they bargained for. Together, they must discover the truth behind the cabin in the woods.
Cabin in the Woods easily became one of my favorite movies of all time. The movie completely destroys the foundations of horror and becomes something greater than any scary movie you can imagine. I can’t even explain to you what happens without ruining everything. Prepare yourself for twists and turns that you never thought a typical horror movie could have. Just watch it. I guarantee you will love it.
A thriller involving an ongoing unsolved mystery in Alaska, where one town has seen an extraordinary number of unexplained disappearances during the past 40 years and there are accusations of a federal cover up.
The Fourth Kind is great if you want to terrify yourself with the possibility of aliens. Trust me, after watching this movie, I was too afraid to sleep because this movie made a compelling argument about the extraterrestrial. I strongly suggest you watch this movie during daylight hours. Maybe that way you can save yourself some dignity in case you start screaming like a small child. Better yet, grab someone else to watch it with. This is a great movie for you to cuddle up with your loved one!
A gripping story of a family in search of help for their son, Dalton, who fell into a coma after a mysterious incident in the attic. Little do they know that there is much more to this endless sleep than meets the eye as they explore the paranormal, and rediscover the past; the key to getting their son back once and for all.
Insidious can be a scary movie. I will admit that I while I was watching it for the first time, I was muttering obscenities under my breath as things happened. This was all until they showed the demon that was haunting the family. I kid you not, he looked like Darth Maul from Star Wars Episode I. After that part, I couldn’t help but laugh. I enjoyed it regardless.
