Seely and the journal                   Lauren Seely

It is not often that we love a journal just as much as we love its author, but with Lauren Seely’s journal, “Hello Mondays” we love them equally.

“Hello Mondays” started on Seely’s Instagram account where she’d post five things she was grateful for on different days of the week. When her friends showed interest in it, she decided to commit to doing it on Mondays to create consistency.

The idea of turning this tradition into a physical journal was brought up to Seely and she loved it.

Seeley shared that the process of getting the journal created took around eight months from start to finish, but “creating something had been around for a really long time.”

The eight month journey taught Seely a lot about the process, but most importantly she loved making the journal.

“I’ve been having a blast doing it,” Seely said, “getting to meet so many new people too has been so cool… [it’s been] fun and uplifting and positive.”

An important aspect of “Hello Mondays” is that it only requires an entry once a week; an aspect  that people often struggle with when they start journaling.

“Hello Mondays” has made its home in the hearts of many, and will continue to do so as the brand grows.

“I feel proud and I feel proud of the people that are committing to doing it and sharing that as well. Because I know how it feels” concluded Seely.
