Health Alternatves at Trinity Conference

Trinity Conference — The Xavierite

On Sept. 22-23, 2018 Trinity Conference held its annual convention in Schaumburg, IL.

The organization welcomed local and national exhibitors to represent natural health care and featured numerous industry leaders as speakers.

Trinity Conference, previously known as Health Freedom Expo, states in the event program that it is focused on offering “Healthy products, healthy foods,” and a “healthy life.” The group advances this mission by showcasing exhibitors who provide alternative health solutions.

Exhibitors attending Trinity Conference included chiropractors, herbal remedy vendors, and meditation gurus. Attendees could receive evaluations of their physical, mental, and spiritual health from several vendors who then offered products to fix any problem identified.

Free opportunities for counseling were extended by some groups along with invitations to their gatherings.

Keynote speakers included Jonathan Emord on Saturday and Jeffrey Smith on Sunday. Emord, an attorney specializing in constitutional and administrative law, successfully routed the US Food and Drug Administration a record eight times in federal court.

His speech included the assertion that “The FDA and FTC have pursued agendas in the service of private and political goals.” He continued “The result has been: the destruction of companies that have caused no actual injuries, unemployment, and market dislocation.” Emord concluded. “The time has come to restore constitutional government and end the administrative abuses.”

Jeffrey Smith is a consumer advocate in favor of non-GMO diets. Smith researches, “how biotech companies continue to mislead legislators and safety officials to put the health of society at risk and the environment in peril.” This address argued that genetically modified foods are causing significant health crises, and that consumers recover drastically when consuming a non-GMO diet.

According to Smith, “Safety assessments conducted by the FDA and regulators worldwide teeter on a foundation of outdated science, and false assumptions.” To finish, Smith waned that “genetically engineered foods must urgently become our nation’s top food safety priority.”

Panels held throughout the event were centered around topics such as nutrition, the causes of mental health, and living longer.

Titles of these discussions included, “Dr. Mayer Eisenstein Memorial Vaccination Panel,” “Resolving the Root Cause of any Illness,” “Live Longer, Stay Stronger, Look Younger,” and “The New Supplement Pyramid with Food Based Products.”

Candace Wilson headed discussion in the panel, “The New Supplement Pyramid with Food Based Products.” Wilson works with the group Nutritional Frontiers, which sells a variety of health supplements.

She shared that this organization’s goals include “making the world healthy by educating patients and healthcare providers.” Nutritional Frontiers promotes healthy lifestyle changes that allow users to “live longer and look younger,” when they “eat healthy, manage stress, and exercise.”

Wilson stated that many Americans are deficient in vitamins and minerals due to decreased nutritional value of produce. To address this problem, Wilson urged attendees to try products from Nutritional Frontiers such as probiotics, vitamin supplements, and mood enhancers.

Candace Wilson also recommended that listeners should create personalized recipe books and use phone applications to broaden dietary intake variety.
