Top Throwback Disney Shows On Disney+

If you’re wondering how to spend your days at home while you’re not in a Zoom class meeting, then I have the perfect solution for you. Remember those days in grade school you stayed home from school because you were sick? Coincidentally, Disney Channel would be playing your old favorite shows back-to-back.Well, fortunately enough, Disney+ has all the old throwback shows that you loved as a kid. I put together a list of the top Disney throwback shows on Disney+.

That’s So Raven

Your favorite psychic and all of the show’s 4 seasons is currently available to stream on Disney+. The family sitcom focuses on a high school teenager, Raven Baxter, who happens to be psychic. In every episode of the show, Raven has a vague vision about the future but the gag is that the visions are not always as they appear. Joining her on this wild journey are her friends Eddie and Chelsea, who are really the essential comic relief in the show. If you’re looking for several laughs, goofiness, and lessons on family values, give That’s So Raven a steady binge.

Even Stevens

If you remember Even Stevens, you might recall that it was a wacky show filled with sibling rivalry. At the heart of it all, however, it was about family and friends. It really is also the show that kicked off Shia LaBeouf’s career. Give it a watch, just do it. All 3 seasons are currently available to stream.

Suite Life of Zack  & Cody

This series is one of the best coming of age TV shows I can think of. I actually gave this a rewatch recently and it still held up from when I first watched it as a kid. The series stars real life twin brothers, Dylan & Cole Sprouse, as they wreak havoc in the Tipton Hotel lobby. While the show is titled Suite Life of Zack & Cody, the series also gives a much bigger lense to the supporting characters and adds layers to them, rather than appearing as one-dimensional characters. The 3 season series is awaits your check-in on Disney+

Hanna Montana

This one is a very well-known sitcom that really gave Miley Cyrus a boost to fame. Hanna Montanta follows Miley Cryrus’s character, Miley Stewart, as she lives a double life; Miley by day, Hanna by night. She is accompanied by her friends, Lily and Oliver, who actually don’t know about her secret identity. The stakes are high as only Miley and her family know about her big secret. Miley is also joined by real life dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, as he guides Miley through her path of stardom. This is also another show that is very family oriented and teaches very valuable family lessons. Watching this with  your family is the way to go.

Lilo & Stitch: The Series

I couldn’t make this list without including, Lilo & Stitch: The Series. Watching this animated series might be a nostalgia trip for the Lilo & Stitch craze in the early 2000’s. This series is a spin-off from the first Lilo & Stitch film. The story takes the ending of the first film, where all of the experiment pods are blown all over the island, and makes it the plot of the series. In each episode, Lilo and Stitch run into a new experiment that has been activated. While the series is only 2 seasons long, the seasons are pretty lengthy themselves coming in at 25+ episodes each season.
