Bad Bunny 2022 Tour: Crashing Websites and Anxious Fans

Posted on April 21, 2021

He is finally back. Bad Bunny just announced his 2022 tour, El Último Tour del Mundo (The Last Tour of the World) and fans are ecstatic!

Bad Bunny released an Instagram video promoting his tour right after making an appearance at WWE’s Wrestlemania 37.

He has released three albums since the pandemic started, and each album never truly had the tour it deserved. He started 2020 off with YHLQMDLG, midway through the year he released LAS QUE NO IBAN A SALIR, and finally ended 2020 off with EL ÚLTIMO TOUR DEL MUNDO.

El Último Tour Del Mundo is going to be the place for fans to finally hear these albums.

Fans have been tweeting their thoughts on the tour and are worried about their financial situation, while some aren’t.

Some are even willing to do anything to purchase these tickets, it’s pretty funny.

Unfortunately, tickets immediately sold out during the presale so Bad Bunny had to add extra dates to some cities. Due to high anticipation, the Ticketmaster website even crashed.

Bad Bunny was initially supposed to come to Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL for one day, but he added two extra days. He will be in the Chicagoland area on March 10 through the 12.

I was able to secure my own tickets for March 11, but I had a terrible experience on the website. I was waiting in the queue line for almost an hour for the first concert date just for it to be sold out, then I jumped onto the next sale and waited even longer.

I knew I wasn’t the only one experiencing these issues. Fans all over the U.S. were freaking out hoping they could have secured some tickets. Some fans were left happy, but others not so much.

TikTok star Sofia Bella’s love for Bad Bunny is pretty vocal on the platform. She unfortunately wasn’t able to secure her concert tickets and broke the news to her classroom in a Tik Tok video.

Resellers and bots have ruined fans’ chances of purchasing tickets at an acceptable price.

If you didn’t retrieve your ticket at the time of the sale, you will most likely have to pay much more if you want to see Bad Bunny next year.
