Amira Jazeera is the ‘Featured Artist of the Week’ for June 22. She is a queer Palestinian-American musician. In 2025 she released her debut album: ‘The Amira Diaries‘. The creation of the album was a healing process for Jazeera.
In 2026, she released a brand new single ‘Young, Sexy, Carefree’. In our conversation, Jazeera shares how she learned to record music on her father’s laptop, how creating music has been a healing and therapeutic process for her, and why music sounds better on an iPod.
