Maris O’Tierney aka Park Hills Circle is the ‘Featured Artist of the Week’ for the week of May 18. Having lived in Alaska and the western coast of Ireland, O’Tierney now resides in the Chicagoland area. Along with her twin sister Quinn, she is a part of duo Maeve & Quinn.

Under the Park Hills Circle name, O’Tierney will be releasing her debut solo album ‘All of a Sudden‘ on July 10th, 2026. O’Tierney discusses how picturesque landscapes of Alaska and western Ireland influenced her songwriting, her approach to playing the guitar finger style, and how classical composers influence her musical style.

Also on this week’s show, we’ll be spinning the new single from Jack Riedy, The Raspberry Jams, and Ari Lindo.

Debuting to the program will be the dream pop band Snowcuffs. Snowcuffs released their second EP, ‘Sweet Gravity’, back in March. Flood Magazine has a great feature on them, where they say “Snowcuffs Combat Ambivalence with Sylvia Plath“.

773 Sounds is WXAV’s local music show that airs every Tuesday at 6pmCST and is re-played every Saturday at 10amCST.
