What is the BIGGEST LOSER Challenge?

The Shannon Center’s BIGGEST LOSER Challenge is an 8-week fitness challenge from June 2nd until July 28th designed to help participants:

                1. Lose weight

                2. Make healthy lifestyle changes

                3. Have fun & get fit

                4. Maintain weight loss

Participants will do an initial weigh-in at the Shannon Center at the beginning of the BIGGEST LOSER challenge followed by weekly weigh-ins that are done at home and will be recorded online. The final weigh-in will take place at the Shannon Center and will also be recorded online. Additional information will also be provided to participants on the Shannon Center’s BIGGEST LOSER Website.

 

 Who will be the BIGGEST LOSER?

The BIGGEST LOSER will be determined by the greatest percentage of body weight lost at the end of the 8 week challenge. The top 3 participants with the greatest percentage of body weight loss will be named a BIGGEST LOSER winner.  The winners will receive a check for the winning amount* and a Jimmy Johns gift card. *W-9 forms must be completed by the top winners.

1st Place winner receives $200

2nd Place winner receives $150

3rd Place winner       receives $100
