This is a great running program for those that would like to start running or those that would like to increase their mileage. Meets every Monday and Wednesday at the Shannon Center for six weeks starting Monday, April 14, from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. There are five running coaches for the 5K and 3 running coaches for the 10K. The goal is to be able to complete a 5K or 10K by the end of the six week program. This program is open to anyone in the community.
